Enjoy the company of an expert guide for a few hours. They will meet you along the route and share the history of the region, pointing out the flora and fauna along the way. Regular guided nature and wildlife walks are also available in various locations.
A Forest Bathing experience, accompanied by birdsong, is the perfect way to immerse yourself in nature and unwind and forget about the stresses of daily life. If you would like to be pampered, then add a spa day, or invigorating massage to your holiday.
