Once you have settled in, we will come and greet you at your hotel.
For EBike holiday guests, we will bring your hire electric bike to your first hotel and ensure that it fits you. We'll also provide you with cycling panniers, helmets and bicycle locks, as required. We also offer a saddle fitting service. We take your comfort and safety very seriously. Every hire bike is almost brand new and maintained to the highest standards.
We provide a comprehensive Holiday Guide Book for your chosen route. This includes maps, detailed instructions and information on what to see and do every day. It also includes emergency phone numbers. Should you need some extra help then we are only a phone call away and can be with you in minutes.
There's no need to drive to your National Forest cycling or walking holiday. If you prefer to travel by train then we can arrange for you to be met at a local train station and returned at the end of your walking or cycling break.
